Please pray for Mary Leggewie and her family.  Mary has recently and suddenly become very sick. I would just like to ask anyone who stops by or whose eyes happen to read to please join with me in prayer. She is a homeschooling mother, she is a great wife and wonderful woman of God.  Mary is the owner of  http://www.homeschoolchristian.com (HSC), where I have been a member for several years.  This was posted on the fellowship board there:

Ladies,

I am now at liberty to share with you Mary's current situation. She has made the decision to sign her own "Do Not Resuscitate" order, and she will be going to be with the Lord in a short time. That exact timeframe is the Lord's business, but it is in the near future.

In the past 18 days Mary has been kept alive by machines and powerful drugs. She has been alert and, once told about the full scope of her situation, was able to make her own decision. This is an important issue in maintaining dignity. Mary's faith is deep, and I'm sure the Lord has plans for her when she reaches Him.

Specific prayer requests are for Mary's peace, for Robin to step up to the responsibilities before him, and for her entire family to find comfort and understanding.

In the days to come, we will celebrate Mary's life. If you have a picture that was taken of her with you, please forward it to me.

May the Lord bring each of you peace and comfort today and always.
