I am so honored to have been chosen to receive this award by my dear friend PrairieMouse. Cindy has been an inspiration to me in so many ways. It is because of her that I even discovered the wonderful world of blogging! Her enthusiasm for any project that she takes on is contagious and I wish I had 1/2 as many creative ideas as she has on a daily basis.
The idea behind the Blogger Reflection Award is that it should make you reflect on five bloggers who have been an encouragement, a source of love, impacted you in some way, and have been a Godly example to you. Five bloggers, who when you reflect on them, you get a sense of pride and joy...of knowing them and being blessed by them. So in that respect, it is now my turn to pass the baton, so to speak, to five unique and special bloggers.
1) The dear friend that I mentioned above, Cindy. It seems cliche to give the award back to the person who gave it to me, however, as the author and creator of the award states ..."...if the bloggers you pick have already been given the award, don't be afraid to give to them again. They deserve it as many times as it's given." So, for all the qualitites I gushed about above, PrairieMouse, you deserve to get this back from me!
2 & 3) I personally know two very special young ladies that have just begun to blog on homesteadblogger. Their blogs are a reflection of their pure, Godly hearts and a testimony to the beautiful home life with which they've been blessed. It just melts my heart and encourages my soul to read the beautiful poetry and feel God's love through the posts about witnessing found on their blogs. Kelcee of "Soriendo" and Kember with "Libre con Christo," you are two very special sisters in Christ. If your Mom had a blog, I would most certainly award her too, as she has been such a Godly example and encourager to me ever since the day we first met.
4) "Reflections of Grace", you are a natural for a Reflection award with your "Blessings Along the Way" blog, not only because of your name, but because your blog is so uplifting. I enjoy visiting there as I always come away refreshed. The joy of living truly is finding peace in all things!
5) Finally, Dawnita, I just enjoy reading your blog. Your horsey stories and the funny comments from your hubbie keep me chuckling...and you know what they say about a "merry heart."
