Our Country Life in the Big City

I am just about packed up and ready to leave tomorrow.  I have to take the kids to the doctor in the morning and then we are off.  We just talk to my father in law and he said that hospice is now there permanantly.  Each nurse will stay a 7 to 7 shift.  She is totally unaware of what is going on around her.  I dread this.

I probably won't be able to post until we are home.  I am taking my laptop but that doesn't mean I will be able to use their phone line to get online.  Their phone rings a lot so I don't know that I can tie it up, maybe just late at night when they are asleep.  We'll see.  Please just don't forget us in your prayers.

I am going to bed now, I am tired and worn out, it has been one long day.  My fibromyalgia is kicking my fanny and I think my legs are going to fall off.  I have my book, cash, clothes, and the girls made us cookie bars for the trip.  I guess we are set.  See you all soon, I'll miss you.

...this is not easy - my dad died of lung cancer and it is very hard to watch - my prayers are with you and your family, breathe, and lean on God!!
