It's snowing...again YAY!

Y'all don't understand.  This is the Southeast.  It has been years since we've seen snow.  Now we're getting a few inches in 1 week!  I will post another picture later.  The boys have been outside playing off and on for hours.  Of course I am keeping hot cocoa and hot apple cider on the stove for them.

I had my upper GI scope done yesterday.  They told me that I have a hietal hernia, reflux, and esophageal spasms.  My esophagus was very narrow and so he had to dialate and balloon my esophagus.  The surgery to repair the sphincter that's causing all of this trouble is very risky.  1/100 people die from it, and since I have a blood disorder the surgery would be doubly risky.  Hopefully it will be better really soon.  The Lord will decide when he's ready.

I am trying to decide whether or not to take a part time job.  I was at our local produce stand last week talking to the owner about the end of Mom and Pop stores and such.  Anyway, I mentioned that I needed to go home to make bread.  He asked me a few questions about it, and then said if I'm ever interested I could sell my bread at his store.  We could really use the money.  My fear is that I am going to neglect something because I'm going to be spending so much time baking.  When I told my husband he said that's really cool.  That's it.  I'm really wanting some guidance.  Can y'all pray for my husband and I to make the right decision?

Thank you,

Farrah

Farrah - I'll be praying for you about this. I think if you could get into a routine with the bread making, you might be able to manage it. Even if you only baked a few extra loaves a day for the store. Let us know what you decide to do (or what the Lord decides for you).
