Good Morning, I am brand new to this blog site. My name is Farrah and I live with my husband, son, and stepson in Atlanta, Georgia. Yes, we are technically city-folk because of my husband's job as a naturopathic doctor. He works at an integrative medical clinic and is going back to school to learn acupuncture. Both my husband and I were raised in the country and long for our country homes in Ohio (dh) and Kentucky (myself). After he finishes school we plan on getting our own little farm in Alpharetta or Roswell, Georgia.
In the meantime, I love learning about cooking, cleaning, and raising children. Those are my lfie's passions. I am the keeper of my home and if in any way I can learn from others, or quite possibly, somebody can learn from me that is what I am wanting and needing. My favorite show in the world is The Andy Griffith Show. My favorite color is pink. I love Southern Gospel and country music. I am very close to my family in Kentucky and my husband's family also.
My children attend public school, after I homeschooled for 2.5 years. It has been good (lots of quiet time for me and friends for them), but bad also with learning words and actions of non-Christians.
It is sunny yet chilly here today in Atlanta. I am organizing my office today. I have finished most of the house except dh and my bedroom and office. So, I'd better get busy. Y'all have a wonderful day! Blessings, ~Farrah |
