Outside my Window...Calmness after the storms.  The skies are blue, the trees are still, and humidity is permeating the air.

I am thinking...I need to find ways to make my husband know how much I love, appreciate, and value him.

I am thankful for...Air conditioning! Also, for our friends who help us out with getting buddy passes for my stepchildren's travels here.

From the kitchen...Homemade Sauerkraut (hubby loves it!), egg salad on homemade bread and cantelope for lunch, turkey stroganof for dinner.

I am creating...Well, finding scriptures for the boys chore charts.  I try to find scriptures on www.biblegateway.com that deals with issues they are having. My oldest is peer pressure issues and the youngest is fear.

I am going... to take the youngest to the park for a picnic lunch, pick up the oldest at his friends house this afternoon and take him to football practice.  At some point in time I have to go to Home Depot for hepa filter refills.

I am wearing...lightweight khaki pants (with elastic waist-4 lbs gained on trip, ugh), chocolate brown blouse with swiss dots, cross necklace, and will wear sandals later.

I am reading...Confessions of a Jane Austen Addict, Gooseberry Patch's Speedy Suppers, and back issues of Southern Living.

I am hoping...I feel better soon.  I have a cold, with fluid in my ears, and an upset tummy.

I am hearing...the air conditioning continually running which means I hear cash registers ringing from Georgia Power.

Around the house...very little except daily cleaning and cooking.

One of my favorite things...is swimming.

A Few Plans For The Rest Of The Week...water aerobics, swimming lessons, football practice, organizing.

Have a blessed week.
