7 - Layer Bean Dip

This is one of my families favorite snacks.  Although I haven't made it for awhile I think I will make it this week.

1 can of your favorite refried beans

about 1 cup of sour cream

about 1 cup of thick and chunky salsa

I buy the prepared guacamole, you could make your own but this is easier.

top with cheese and chopped black olives you could add chop onion if you would like.

Layer all ingredients in a 9 inch pie plate or some round dish with about a 1 inch ridge around.  Chill for about 1 hour.  Sometimes we don't wait. 

Serve with chips

Does anyone know if you can change your user name on your blog? 

I want to make some changes to my blog like my username & title but I'm not sure how to change the username without opening up a whole new blog. 

Any suggestions?

The Start of the New Me.......

Well, any day is a good day this is my plan to work out 3 times a week.  I already have done what I have set out to do.  I got up and didn't sleep in, yea me.  I have had a glass of water and piece of toast.  Folded a load of clothes and now off to the gym I go.  I don't believe in surgery or pills to loose weight, so hard work and dedication her I go.  I can do it with a little help with the Lord.  Lots of encouragement and prayers.  I am not going to tell my weight I don't even let my doctor nor family know.  EEEWWW, no way I don't even like the numbers, let alone to embarrass myself.  So, I need to get dressed and set off for town to work out.  I plan to work out for an hour and then breakfast and bible lesson.  The toast with honey and water and juice and just to give me energy and so the rest of the plan is in the works.  Have a sunshiny day!
