Lead in our Garden Hoses!

I did some research and am so upset about this! We are going to work on making some changes with our hoses and where they are located! I have always let the hot water run out of the hose (for obvious reasons, haha) and then filled up water buckets, etc. But I didn't realize that I was supposed to wash my hands after using this water, which I do to wash buckets, etc! And to think all that time I filled up my goose pools and they drink a ton of water!
We went to Home Depot and Lowes last weekend and we checked out the labels.............there ARE warnings on the hoses!!!!! Sending this out as an FYI!
