I received yet another wonderful gift from my lovely friend, Brielle. I don’t know if you all know but Brielle is one of my closet and dearest friends…. I had the great honour of actually meeting her last August. She is such a sweet companion who shares great pleasure in a lot of the same things I do and we get along wonderfully.
Here is the gift Brielle sent me…
She made the bracelet out of antique buttons she had been collecting. Aren’t they pretty? This sweet piece of love will be going into my hope chest, when finished. For now it will go in with all my other precious items.
Last time she sent something, Brielle gave me this cameo. I love cameos so it was a prefect gift. She and Rose have ones just like it.
I also have my bonnet and Pride & Prejudice gown that was handmade/sewn by Brielle as well. She is talented… let me tell you. As you know she has her own costume business in which she expresses her talent as seamstress. Brielle has a whole line of costume/attire to order from. She can make simply anything and at a very reasonable price too. I love looking through her assortment of gowns, dresses, and costumes. So pretty.
I am so blessed to have such sweet friends that continue to shower me with love and friendship. The Lord sure knew we needed HSB when it was introduced to us almost two years ago. His timing is perfect.
Proverbs 18:24
A man that hath friends must shew himself friendly: and there is a friend that sticketh closer than a brother.
Proverbs 27:17
Iron sharpeneth iron; so a man sharpeneth the countenance of his friend.
1 John 4:12
No man hath seen God at any time. If we love one another, God dwelleth in us, and his love is perfected in us.
Blessings to you! I pray that the Lord will shower you with friends beyond number, whether they be sisters or sister-in-the-Lord.
