Don’t you just love French toast? I do… with some maple syrup and powder sugar sprinkled on the top. The recipe in our cookbook always seemed to be off, so I decided to experiment and came up with this recipe. It works wonderfully… not too much or too less of anything!
Homemade French Toast
3 eggs
3/4c organic milk
1/4c raw honey
2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp flax seed
12 slices of bread
Mix: all ingredients (except bread) in bowl and stir. Dip the bread in to the mixture one at a time and place on a hot pan. Wait till bread has released itself off the pan and flip over.
