you've got me wondering...what happens when you leave rice and water in the blender for a month?? And was this an accident or on purpose? LOL!

Have you tried Sue Greggs blender waffles? They are great...but I digress. I had made the whole wheat ones several times and I was curious about how the rice ones would turn out so I blended some up with some water in the blender (the idea being to "wet grind" them into rice flour to add to my wheat-already ground). Well the rice was giving me trouble, so I thought I would let it soak overnight and have another go at it...it just happened to be Sunday morning the next day...my most hectic morning of the week :). After that we had a week long thing and one thing led to another...:) Have I mentioned that I have a phobia of moldy stuff and bacteria?????? This has been really good for me (the lid is tightly on), to watch it in its various stages heheh. Now I just have to bulster my courage and scoop out the contents in my compost. Hmmm, I wonder when I'll work up to that one? It really looks kind of cool!
Jenette.

About Me

A non-green thumb who loves plants, and wants to know "why" about everything, likes to eat what is fresh, and is so amazed at the world God has made, and sometimes not so impressed by the things man can make, who wants to learn how to be a good care-taker of all that God has blessed us with, and be thankful and generous with it. Oh yeah, and I homeschool :)
