Heh, heh, the roosters are strutting around outside my window on this fine morning.
We just picked up our order of beef from the butcher (early),
so I don't need a chicken in the pot.
Janet, my friend, may be kind of disappointed.
I think she wanted to hear some wild story filled with chasing and bow-hunting again.
They sure are pretty walking around out there.
Go roosters!
End the Stay!

Yep, you're right I was looking forward to a great tale :-) Just think of the teaching opportunities you could be missing..... it could become a published tale of the Clay's Rooster Saga!

Hi Jenette, thanks for leaving a comment on my VERY first blog entry. I am having a lot of fun with this. Other women inspire me and give me courage. I am not able to have any more little ones, but I envy you your 6 (or was it 7?) blessings. I am homeschooling the 3yo girl and 10 yo boy and we are absolutely having a BLAST! I had the two teen girls home with us the last 2 years as well and that was actually pretty difficult. But through a change of circumstance they are no longer with us except on weekends. That was pretty hard on me, but they really wanted to live with their dad and I felt after a LOT of prayer that I should let them go. So I did. I miss them but am focusing on making the most of being able to give more attention to the younger ones for a while. Anyway, hope to talk to you again soon. ~Charity

About Me

A non-green thumb who loves plants, and wants to know "why" about everything, likes to eat what is fresh, and is so amazed at the world God has made, and sometimes not so impressed by the things man can make, who wants to learn how to be a good care-taker of all that God has blessed us with, and be thankful and generous with it. Oh yeah, and I homeschool :)
