Jandara's Life

This will be my first post ever to Homestead Blogger.  I've been reading other peoples blogs for quite awhile now and just decided it was time to start my own.   

A little background on me and my family.  My name's Jandara Dee Nitz. I'm 40 years old and I've been married for 14 years to my husband Donnie.   We have three kids, Courtney is 19. Jacob is 13 and Jesse is 9.  Courtney has her own house just across the road from us.  My whole family lives here close together.. my mom and dad are just up the road, my brother and his wife beside me, my daughter across the road.    This old farm used to belong to my great grandparents and my family has been living here ever since.. it just passes down thru the generations.

I love Jesus more then anything... I'm new in my relationship with the Lord and he's doing wonderful things in my life.  He healed my body not long ago....  and I'd just like to say thanks again for that and praise him for it.  

Well.. I think that's enough for now.  I need to make some dinner.

Welcome to the HSB. I too am new to the group by a few months. I love blogging and reading blogs. It is very addictive, lol. There are some really wonderful people here that you will get to know as I have.
Your home life sounds a lot like mine. I live on a sugar cane plantation in La. where my dh grew up and I live around all my inlaws. His mother and father, two brothers and a sister still live here. Its good to have family around. My daughter just found out that she is getting one of the house here for her and her fiance.
Again, welcome and I look forward to hereing more about your like on your farm.
