This and That

Wow, is our weather warm.  We hit almost 70 degrees yesterday, and I managed to give myself a bit of a sunburn.   We had park day yesterday with our homeschool group.  Ah, a lovely time was had with all the moms!  There is something to be said for adult conversation.

Did you see the opening ceremonies last night for the Winter Olympics?  Those shows always amaze me with all the pagentry they do.  I was particularly fond of the dancing cows!  The kids liked the human ski jumper.  It was an amazing show.

I started the second sock of my pair I'm currently working on.  The do seem to work better on my feet in pairs.  The only other productive thing I did yesterday was to pack some more boxes for the move.  I figure I have about a week to get the remainder of the house packed before I'm up at the new place painting and cleaning.

Time to feed the birdies!  Bye Bye!
