Happy Mother's Day!

To all mom's, I wish you a Happy Mother's Day! Enjoy all the hugs and kisses!

Not much going on around here yesterday. I cleaned house, did laundry, mopped floors. The usual stuff. Mike put up a few new clothes lines to replace the ones that were falling apart, and we got more wood split and stacked. Almost time to start another row for that. I got some knitting done on the Icarus shawl. Other than that, nothing new is happening on our homestead.

Jes has an experiment going on with a home made barometer for her girl scout badge, and to my surprise, its actually working! The straw/pointer is really moving! I'll have to take a pic so that you can see what a home made barometer looks like.

Time to feed the girlies! Bye Bye!
