I was searching for a site to find a good Spanish rice recipe and AllRecipes.com came up. I actually have used this site 2x in the past week... you can put how many people you will be serving and it will calculate the right amount of ingredients you will need! Very nifty!

Last night I used their Spanish rice recipe and it was delicious! My dad is from New Mexico and always asks why our rice doesn't taste like the New Mexican restaurant rice so I decided to try something new... and it worked! tasted excellent!
