Roger told me last night that he could see a change in me. I told him about me blogging and I showed him all my friends on here.

I want to thank everyone, You guys have been really helping me. I have got to know God again and be a better wife. I have "BI-POLOR and I have good days and bad days, and when I read your journals ..... I learn so much.

I am glad that you have been blessed by blogging here ~ this is a very special community. ;)
Blogging is a joy for sure -- some see it as an obligation, but I find real joy in doing so. I have friends who suffer from bi-polar , so I know it can be very challenging. God bless you!

I thought you might get some useful info from the blog of another Bi-Polar lady. I've been reading it for a couple of months and although I'm not Bi-Polar, myself, it sure is enlightening.
