The kids are so cute! I know what you mean about baby swings. I have four of my own (ranging from 17 to 24 now) and boy, did swings help save the day a lot! The first one we had was a wind-up kind, and the crank would wake up the baby. You can imagine how great we thought the battery-operated one we got next was, LOL!
I'm going to sign up for your newsletter. Maybe next year I'll a)have enough tomatoes to can and b)get over my fear of giving my family ptomaine poisoning.
