Caspian Sea Yogurt

A friend gave me a starter of Caspian sea yogurt last week. I have to say I'm really enjoying it!!
 It's a yogurt that is cultured at room temp. You do not need to incubate it in a yogurt maker, thermos etc. It taste just like "normal" yogurt but with out the strong sour taste.If anyone is interested in learning more or buying some starter my friend Amanda is selling it.
