Q. This looks like it would be a good starter. Do you have any recipes to use it in? or can you subsitute it in any recipe calling for a sour dough starter?

A.  I just posted some recipes I had saved.  But as far as I know you can interchange sour dough starters in any recipe.

You can use any starter for bread. I know they have different flavors (I'd love to get my hands on the really sour San Francisco starter!).

I made some last year, but accidently let the starter die and I never tried again.
