Well we had a good storm come in yesterday.  Dropped about 8 to 10 inches of heavy wet snow.  Dh herd trees and branches falling in the bush besides us all night.  This morning we saw a neighbor had lost a lot of branches from his maple tree also.  News is reporting 100 000 people in Ontario with out power.  Ours didn't go out but flickerd a lot.  Today we are getting stronger winds and snow squalls. 

I'll feel much better about storms when our wood stove gets put in latter this year!  I really miss having a way to heat and cook any time I like. 

I've been talking to dh also and we really need to start boosting our storage preps also.  I need more candles, wicks for the lanterns and kerosene ect.  It's been such a busy year that we've slacked off a little bit.
