Hi Kelly!  No canning isn't hard at all.  Yes it's a lot of work but that's just time wise it's sooooo worth it!  I started canning when I was about 15 and been hooked since.

Oh and I do have a friends list, it's on the right side of my blog near the bottom.

Now I'd better be off to bed if I want to be up at a good time LOL.
