Well today's been a nice cooler day, although still very humid 88% this afternoon! Once the girls were in bed for the night I went out and checked out produce stand. Someone must have braved the rain today and bought 2 zucchinis. So I picked a few more to set out. I was saddened to see the winds and hail we got last night damaged a lot of the zucchini plants.  After that I picked the cucumbers. I'm hoping to make some pickles this weekend. Then did the evening chores for dh, and made a batch of quick mix. I promised the girls pancakes for brekie in the morning and I was out of my mix! |
