Bad Storms

Well we had a nasty storm come through here tonight. I had to keep the kids up till 9pm. A lot of very heavy lightning and lots of close hits. I'm sure one hit in the bush very close to our home! I've never herd anything that loud before!! Some hail and heavy rain to, large wind gust. The radio is reporting many power outages (ours just flicked on and off) and roads closed to because of downed trees and lines.
Hopefully we wont have any more tonight. It's always bad when a cold front comes though, but the cooler weather will be much loved!! |
