Blueberry Muffins

Blueberry Muffins ( makes 24)
2 cups milk
2 eggs
2/3's cup oil
4 cups flour
4 tsp baking powder
1 cup sugar
1 cup blueberries
Heat oven to 400 F and line or oil pans.
In a large bowl stir together wet ingredients then add dry and gently mix. Do NOT over mix!
Spoon into muffin cups.
Bake for 20 minutes. |
