Well we started out little produce stand yesterday. So far we have sold all the small zucchinis and a few of the big ones. We picked 30 yesterday morning! Soooo I'll be doing lots of baking the next few days lol.
I just came in from weeding the cucumber patch to. I have it 3/4's done and found lots of cucumbers hiding out there! So I'll be adding pickling supplies to my shopping list for tomorrow. I need to make more of hubby's volcano pickles. They are the only ones he will eat!
 Tomorrow night I should be able to finish the rest of the cucumber patch. It will be nice to have that done. Oh how the weeds get a head of you with a little rain and down time!
I also baked blueberry muffins today. They will be our brekie on the run tomorrow. We normally go through Tim Hortins for brekie on shopping day. But we are trying to spend less sooooo I made sure to make time today to make our own muffins. |
