Need Blog Help

I'm trying to redesign my little Blog here and I'm stuck! I'm hoping some one can help me out.
I'm trying to get my Blog title to center over the page instead of being off to the left. Also I want to make a column on the right for adding other links and such some thing like this Blog:
I see lots done this way but I can't figure it out :-(. |
