WEIGHT LOSS

I was going to start really working on losing weight yesterday but after coming home with yogurt, and fruit, I ate the whole batch of yogurt I bought. I got a upset stomach and all that goes with it too!

        It's a new day and I won't buy more yogurt. I know I can't control myself with yogurt. I will start fresh even with the weight gain and get back on track. I will also try again to go cold turkey off Dr. Pepper and pop! I know this will really help me to lose the weight.

          I am going to eat very little and hope to really get the pounds off. I am NOT going to California with the family in Sept. fat and the fat one and have people stare at me on the trip.  I had someone last night when I had the service dog with me in the grocery store ask if I needed it because of weight issue. I was so thrown back with that question and how rude that person  "Manager" was! He has it out for me and doesn't like dogs but I know he has to watch out and NOT let just any dog in the store due to health Department and concerns.

       I was doing good with no pop till hubby ticked me off royally. I had to get a pop and go for a LONGGGGGGG DRIVE with the dogs! I feel better now and he is sawing logs (snoring) in bed. lol

                 Well I will write more later. I am going to finish rewinding tapes and get myself to bed for at least 2-3 hours of sleep if lucky. I will write once hubby is gone to work. Till then. Take Care & God Bless! :)

BRIEF UPDATE

Hi,

     Been offline for awhile I have a hurt back and been hurting and going to doctor's and etc. I am starting Monday Steroid shots in my back "OUCH"!!

          I am limited to lifting 20 lbs at most and limited on doing alot of things. "Lady" my service dog is getting to do alot and learn alot and my other dog "Libby" I am trying to get her for now to help me too for when hubby is at work and I am home alone. I am trying to find a home for the Jack Russell Mix. She is to much for me and "Lady" doesn't work like she should because of the other dog.

               I will write soon though and let you know more.  Pain Meds kicking in all at once. Take Care!

P.S.  Lady's leash, harness and vest for service dogs was stolen out of our car at the local University. Our window was open a little bit due to the heat. We have had warmer weather than normal here. Anyways, Lady was at the Vet due a infection in her paw and wasn't with me I had just taken her to the vet and had her equipment in the car yet and didn't think anyone would want that but that is what I get.  Hubby would say that is what you get for thinking! LOL
