Well dinner is over and it was just delicous. The chicken came out so great.  There's nothing left.  I do have the bone and skin and maybe a few pieces of meat left to make a good homemade stock to freeze for later use.

I am going to work on some crocheting and relax.  Jason has kitchen duty this week so he has to get started on it soon.

It got warmer and the sun came out so today ended up being a rather nice day. I got to hang out a load of laundry to dry.  This time change is going to take a couple of days to get use to. Good night everyone!
