I just got back from my day of running around and doctor's appointments.  When Carissa was seen for her check up this morning her doctor said she was concerned b/c Carissa has no grown for sometime now. She's smaller than most kids her age in height and weight. She will be 5 years old in June and weighs only 36 lbs.  And is 3 ft 2 inches in height the same she has been for a couple of visits now.  I have to take her back in a month and they will check her again and if still no change they will discuss what to do.  Please pray that nothing is wrong with her.  I have no issues if she is meant to be small,but small and healthy is what we are praying for.  I am hoping that she hits a growth spurt before we take her back next month.All things are possible through the Lord Jesus Christ!!!  Please if you will when you pray lift my little angel up to the Lord that he may bless her.

I will be praying for her. My third son is six years old and very small for his age. He is the same size as my four year old daughter. He tends to go a long time without growing and then grows.

Wow, what a great site, glad a friend told me about it:) I live in Iowa...... The Weather isnt so great right now!!! ice and lot of black outs. Anyhow I to have a Daughter that just turned 5 last dec 15 and she to weights 32 pounds and is 4'2 I took her to docters also. They all told me I cant force her to eat but to increase her calorie count like, putting carnation morning breakfast in her milk, protien bars. She cant have no jiuce of any kind and no soda. But so far hasnt worked well lol. So i will prey she is ok and whatever they tell you please tell me....
