It's so cold out, below 0 with the wind chill factor. You can really feel a difference in the house too,it's just a bit chilly even with the heat blarring. Too cold to go out sledding today that's for sure,the kiddos are not going to be happy about that but they will just have to get over it and keep themselves intertained inside. Maybe we will play some board games in our free time.
The part of my dryer should be here by Wednesday I hope. Then I'll be in the laundry room for a day or so.
When I went to the store over the weekend. I bought a big 10lb bag of chicken legs and thighs now today I'm going to do something with it. Either pack it away in the freezer or prep it for meals. Not sure yet. But it was a really good deal and I couldn't pass it up.
I also seen at the local produce house they have a great sale on russet potatoes so I'm going to head down there and get a big bag. I put them in the basement in a container and they keep very well down there. I'll probably get a 50lbs bag so that will last us a while.
I don't know about ya'll but I'm just itchen to get my hands in the soil. I can't wait until it's garden season. I'm so excited and have high hopes that this years does much better than last. With a little bit of ummmm lesson learned and research we have done we are going to extra step to ensure the deer and bugs don't destroy our crops. I do believe we are on the down slide here late March early April we will most like turn the soil for the first time. YIPPPEEE!!!
Well that sums up Monday so far. LOL
