Well we are soon out the door to get some things done and one of those things is going to be ordering the part of my dryer. I just can't take this any longer,the clothes are piling up way faster than I can manage them,now if it was not so cold and wet and snowy and icey out this would not be the case,but that's not what I'm dealing with at this time. 

It's official I do believe that our weather people need to buy new equipment,because their old stuff isn't doing a very good job at helping them predict weather.  For two weeks in a row they have told us that we would only get a dusting of snow so nothing to worry about,the heavy stuff is going to fall East of us. Well they were wrong, it snowed all day yesterday and most of the night we have another 3 or 4 inches out there on top of what we there before b/c not much of it melted.   The roads were a big mess yesterday and last night,wrecks everywhere. It was nothing but a solid sheet of ice all over. Thank God we were home safe and warm.  But my heart goes out to those that had to be out due to work or what not.

Ok Proud mommy moment........ Carissa is doing so great.......she can spell her name and write it,she can count to almost 20 and knows all of her basic colors and all her shapes except the rectangle she just seems to not be able to get that one down. LOL She's doing awesome. 

Well I had best get off here and get things going so we can get out of here and get things done. I hope we can make it back up the driveway, it's all icey and I had a hard time getting up it yesterday and Jason's girlfriend came over for a couple of hours and her dad had to put his truck in 4 wheel drive to get up it. OY!  Winter time drama!

Dinner tonight,It was going to be pizza but seeing how tomorrow is the super bowl and I'm not a big football fan but the guys are, I think I'm going to switch it up a bit. Tonight soup beans and cornbread.
