Sunday - Soup beans, cornbread

Monday- Bake fried chicken legs,creamy mashed potatoes,gravy,corn on the cob

Tuesday - Tuna on whole wheat,hot yummy soup(not sure what kind I'm going to make just yet)

Wednesday - Grilled steak (or I may just bake them not sure yet),seasoned potatoes,green beans.

Thursday - Grilled chicken , seasoned brown rice (I'm going to season it with homemade chicken broth),peas,corn

Friday - Pancakes and eggs

Saturday - Roasted chicken,bake potates,salad
