Crayons on windows
Posted in Random Thoughts
|
As most of you know well those that read my blog,I'm cleaning a rental that was totally trashed and disrespected. Well most of the windows have crayons all over them. I am having a difficult time getting it off with Windex. Does anyone know of something I can use that is not expensive but will work well? I am going to try straight vinegar and see how it works today.

I know that this stuff takes off a lot of stains.......
I am sorry that someone trashed this home.....I have never understood such disrespect!
Oh, I have heard that fingernail polish remover will work, but I do not know for sure....
God bless,
Kim

I don't remember the exact name...magic eraser, maybe? It's made by Mr. Clean and it works on quite a few things.

I have used WD-40, a hot iron with a cloth over the iron to absorb the crayon (changing the cloth area as needed), and a product I get at our Dollar Tree called Awesome. Each I've done at some point or another in time.....hope this helps!

Try Goo-Gone. I love that stuff!
You will find a lot of uses for it.
