since my last post and I'm sorry for that. I have been busy and have neglected many things on line.
At the beginning of November I got a call from a dear friend of mine saying that her cousin needed someone to clean a house that she rents. Her cousin works 55 hours a week and doesn't have the time to do it. But me not being a person that likes leaving home and neglecting my home, I was just not sure if I wanted to take on this added responsibility. But I told her to have her to call me and we would discuss it.
The following day I recieved a call from her and she told me about the house. I agreed to meet with her the following day and do a walk through of the home and let her if I would be willing to clean it. With Christmas and one child's birthday coming and finances being so tight to be honest this was a God send.
I met with her and did the walk through. It was horriable, I felt so sorry for her. These people totally destroyed this rental and she was in way over her head. So I agreed to clean it and gave her a price. She agreed to my price and I started on it 2 days later and have been cleaning or throwing out TRASH since. A few hours a day is about it but it's really something and I can't believe these people are ok with living in filth and raising their children in filth.
On top of this we are getting ready for the holidays. First Thanksgiving and I'm hosting the family dinner as I do every year. Then the 26th is Jason's 14th birthday and we are taking him out and having a party for him the following weekend. Then it's full on Christmas preps. LOL
I have some shopping done and trying to be as organized as I can. Although this year I feel like I'm anything but for some reason. But all too soon this year will be over.
Well I better get off here and finish up my laundry.
