Good morning all.  It's chilly here this morning but suppose to get up into the 60's and no rain. I'm recovering from this weekend well actually from the past 3 weekends.  We have been helping John's parent move and relocate to another county.  It's been a big job,moving them from a place they have lived for 17 years. But we are finished with the moving part anyway.  We moved the last but of stuff Saturday.  Yesterday we spent the day cleaning and organizing. I have not been able to do anything at home other than dishes.  It's been us coming home late eating,cleaning up,bed,showers,eat,clean up and out the door again for the whole day.  It's good to be home. We are planning on staying home next weekend,things must get done here that has been neglected and since all their stuff is moved and all is left to do is organizing it all and unpacking. 

So far today I have done one clutter run,have one load of clothes hung out on the line and one in the washer.  I have several more to do since I'm behind.  I also need to get the bathroom cleaned, the floors swept and mopped, the counters and sinks cleaned and wiped clean. I also want to go through some of Carissa's toys and get rid of some of them.  She has far to much and it's causing to much of a mess in her room.

I have missed my home, I miss taking care of it and my family.  It feels good to be home and getting back to normal. 

Dinner tonight will be cream of chicken,buttermilk biscuits,mashed potatoes,corn on the cob,peas,and pineapple.

It's good feeling being at home and getting things done! There is such a feeling of satisfaction seeing the place take shape again especially after a weekend when things slide a bit!
