Cinnamon Raisin Bread

I love cinnamon raisin bread.  I just hate the price of it.

 

So here's my recipe for making your own well not really a recipe but more like instructions. Not hard at all.

 

Make up a loaf of bread down but while your mixing it up add raisins to the mix, I usually put 1/4 to 1/2 C of raisins per loaf.  Take the dough and work it like you normally do. roll it out and spread some butter,sugar and cinnamon on it.  Think of it like a pizza. Then roll it up into a log and tuck the ends like you would when making a loaf of bread.  PLace in your greased bread pan and let it rise as you normally do.  Bake at 350*F until golden brown about 35 to 40 minutes.

 

There ya go your own much cheaper Cinnamon Raisin Bread!!! YUMMY!
