Good morning everyone. It's warm but stormy today in NCWV. They are saying we are in for some pretty bad thunder boomers. We'll see. I hope not though, I have to go out and finish up the Easter shopping for the kids. Not doing the candy thing really just getting them some things they need and have really been asking for. Nothing big just small things.
I have got to get some more honey too,I'm down to drops now and need to make more bread asap. I was coming home one day the back way and noticed a house that raise bees and has a sign out front selling their home grown honey. I'm going to stop in there and talk to him about price. If it's reasonable he's got a new customer.
I have laundry to do today. I ended up being able to hang a load after all but still didn't wash the bedding on the kids' beds oh well it can wait I washed it last week. I'll get to it this week. I made an extra large pot of chili last night,we will have leftovers tonight and the rest will be frozen for another time.
I talked to my neighbor about using part of his feild for my garden and he agreed to let me. Praise the Lord! Now I have to rent a tiller in the next few weeks and get busy getting it ready for the plantings to go in. WOOOHOOOO!!!! We are going to sometime in the future get a tiller of our own. But one a sad note while I was talking with him, I know now that we will not be able to buy that land,he's planning on possibly building a house on it. But we shall see, the Lord has a plan and I'm trusting in him.
I would like to also ask you all for prayer for my nephew. A little history here..... He has just turned 3 yrs old and my brother and his wife are going through a divorce. She (his wife) is pawning my nephew off onto my brother and he's giving him to my mom. My mom is gladly taking him and caring for him and giving him the security he has NEVER had in his little life. But now his mom came over last night and said that her grandmother wants her to get him back and keep him for the money. Her grandmother is a hateful evil woman,she has cussed him (literally),shook him,slapped him in the head,called him retarded to his face. When he's around her he gets nervous,cries,bites himself he doesn't do those types of things around us. Last night when his mom came around he took the first rage fit he has had since coming to my mother. We are praying for the Lord's will to be done here. We are not saying that is for my mother to get him but for his will to be done. It breaks my heart to see a child the is used and not wanted by those that brought him into the world. I just don't understand it as a mother how can this happen. We all know that there is always a way through the Lord and that we only need to trust in him,we are trying to be the voice to a little man that can't be his own.
