A peaceful Heart
My mommy heart is proud this morning. This Christmas is different for us as I have mentioned in previous posts as we are not buying gifts for the children this year but blessing others with things made with our own hands.
This was the children's first time ever blessing folks in a nursing home. The only time they have been in hospitals or nursing homes was always to say Goodbye to a loved one. Today they held their head HIGH as they got to bless folks. The children were blessed just as much to see all the smiles and thank yous and HUGS from the residents. It made a mommy heart proud.
Click on this link for my SMILEBOX to view the pictures we took while there. I wish I could have taken pictures of all the smiles on the residents faces but for saftey purposes you can not take photo's of the residents.
Enjoy the weekend my friends and have a MERRY CHRISTMAS.
