Blogger Friend School assignment #4
Alright I am going to try this again. I am not having a very good day and this dern blasted computer isn't helping me much. Yes I am very moody and well trying to find my happy place. I entered all but the last two of this weeks assignment and poof it was gone!! Grrrr. Don't you just hate that. Anyway, asking the Lord for peace and patience here.... Here we go again.

Being a Blogger Friend is all about sharing our treasures. The assignment this week is to share your Internet treasures.
A website that I visit everyday would be my own blog, seven blogger friends (picked at random),Proverbs 31
The first place I look for a book to buy is usually Amazon. I know there are probably cheaper places out there but this is where I look first. Then sometimes Ebay or Allibris.
The Favorite Homeschool Support Area I go to is my friend. I am so different with my homeschooling then everyone else in my area that I have not found a support group near me. She is the best encouragement, she is the one that got me started homeschooling anyway.
A Homeschool site full of information that I use regularly would be Va History, Old Fashioned living and Homeschool.com.
A Site that I buy my new and used curriculum from is Vegsource. They have so much to offer and truly it is the only one that I am aware of.
The site I use that provides good wholesome recipes is Allrecipe. They have just about everything. Then of course there are my blogger friends that I turn to when I want to try something new.
An informational site that shows "how" to that I frequent is the Take Home Handyman and Trading Spaces websites. I love their ideas. Then of course there is the handy dandy woodworking website I use for our woodworking ideas
A homeschool family website that purchase from is Marmee and the Hope Chest Legacy. Proverbs 31 and Book on the Path I order from occasionally
Charity websites that I support St Jude's Childrens hospital and Angels for Hope. I have been with Angels for Hope for about four years now. I became a member when my mother was diagnosed with cancer. St Judes I have only been supporting for about a year now. We have done horseback rides, lemonaide stands and now another horseback ride coming up next month.
My Favorite Graphic sites to get graphics for my blog and website would be Cute Colors, Graphic Garden, This side of Heaven Graphics. Then of course there is HouseMouse that is my FAV... :-)
There are so many blogs out there there I like to see (like Training Hearts cause I can change the background graphics) that I really can't just name a few. The ones I read usually make me laugh til I cry, or cry cause they touched my heart, and sometimes even get inspired to try something new. If it weren't for the blogging world my days wouldn't be complete.
Thanks Tamara for challenging us with another assignment. I can't wait to read other classmates lists and ideas.
* Share a Blessing!
