New Note cards I have been making

These are a few of the note cards I have been working on the past couple of days. When I sit down to take a break from teaching or cleaning or whatever it is my body wants me to take a break from I come in here and bust out a few cards.

I am really having a lot of fun with all these scrapbook items I have organized. Gee I didn't realize I had so much stuff for scrapbooking. I am enjoying both.. card making and scrapbooking.  Here is my favorite of the week... not sure why it is so blurry. Geesh., I am just having camera troubles aren't I. :-( Anyway on the front there is a quote from Julia Childs and it says "Life itself is the proper binge." I love it.

Well I hope you all get creatively inspired. I would love to see what crafty things everyone else is doing.

Too cute ! I noticed the kids in school doing art work this week....a plain white sheet of paper and sponged with white, pale blue, turquoise blues to make ocean waves and bubbles, then they dip their thumbs in orange tempera to make octopus on the paper, drawing tenacles with orange pens. I thought this would make cute cards to send out.

I like your cards. I cannot make cards with stamps and such, just am no inclined to that but I do make them of my photographs and paintings. Nothing fancy but my penpals seem to like getting them.
