Silent Sunday

Last night after sharing our views, with our friends, on the elections and all the world is going through. I thought silently on the way home. All I could think was "God is still in control", "He reigns!", "He will protect us all from harm".

Well at 3:16am this morning my husband and I both woke up, looked at the clock, and my husband just says "John 3:16". I don't know why he said that, nor does he. We sat and thought about it for a minute and realized that GOD SO LOVED THE WORLD THAT HE GAVE HIS ONLY BEGOTTEN SON, THAT WHOEVER BELIEVES IN HIM SHALL NOT PERISH BUT HAVE ETERNAL LIFE. 

I took THAT as confirmation. GOD IS STILL IN CONTROL!
