Ramblings

Whew what a week. I have been crafting and crafting and driving hither and yon and now I am ready to stay home for a bit, clean the house and well, probably do more crafts as we are getting ready for a craft show here soon. The homeschool group I lead (with my trusty partner Thelma) is going to participate in a craft fair right after the 4th of July and we are busy making many things to put in it. I love love love making crafts so this is right up my alley but whew this week has tuckered me out.

I guess with having an upper respritory infection and the heat we have really doesn't make things much easier.

I am truley enjoying the time I have been spending with the members of the homeschool group, it isn't often I can get folks to come WAAAYYYY out to my place for much of anything. It is great!   After crafting for hours we went into Dad's old garage and started rummaging through antiques and things. It was a lot of fun. Debbie just fell in love with a few things (and ended up bringing her mama here yesterday to rummage some more hehee).  We found a beautiful little rose doll shaped lamp, it was too cute. I will have to take some pictures to share after I get back over to Debbies house. hehe guess I should have taken them before they made it all the way to her house but .... oh well.

Today it looks as though it is going to rain AGAIN but we are headed out to get supplies for the horses. (Could have sworn I was going to be able to stay home today) then I am going to doodle, craft and create. Hope you all have a wonderful fun filled day.

Crafting all week sounds fun!!! I have been cleaning all week. Today I am takign the day off to do some sewing for new curtains for the laundry room.
