Illustration Friday ~ Baby

This weeks topic for IF is Baby. I have been working on the drawing for awhile now trying to add a character for each member of the family. Well I have recently been told that there will soon be an addition to our family as my oldest son and his wife are expecting. So I have added wife and baby to this drawing. Hope you enjoy it. I hope to burn this on a wooden plaque for the entry way to our farm.

This is so great!! I've enjoyed looking at it and finding all the details!

I love everyone's 'alter-ego.' Gary makes a great rooster, Des is an adorable oinker, Mariah a lamb and the cute little puppy family of Russ in front. I love little Amber's big bow and mousey Josh looks like he's so proud to be riding in a special seat.

But my favorite is the precious cow, with the sweet, fun, motherly expression!

Drawing sure is fun, isn't it?
