I was checking out the Victory Heirloom Seeds website, and found this nifty seed planter. Looks like it would be handy for planting large gardens.
I saw some other interesting things- seed starting and seed saving supplies, theme gardens, even a link for old-fashioned candy, which I will certainly have to check out soon!
As for now, I'm off to find a cup of herb tea and take more Echinacea, garlic, and vitamin C. The flu has been hanging around at the Love house for over a week now. First the littlest Love was sick, and yesterday, the "middlest" Love.......and I'm afraid it's my turn now
. I really, really hate having the flu! Prayers please!!!!!
Do some gardening for me, too. In the meantime, I'll make notes in my new seed catalogs and post a few of my picks for this spring on Monday.
Blessings,
Catherine

We bought a seeder very simular to the one posted but we paid 50 for it at our local Farm King. the only problem I had with it is that the soil must be perfect. by that I mean that that is that there must be no "lumps" and nothing that might deter the seeder in the least. Also, if you push too quickly the seeds do not drop into the plate as they are supposed to. I have heard of others having these problems also. As far as I can tell this will not save you time but it will save your back!

There is a seed seller on Ebay - if you look - Organic Heirloom seeds - sometims 100 seeds in a pack for only $1.00 per pack - pretty good bargain - he has a good rep - I just purchased 7 packs this weekend!

That is a cool gadget! Sorry you are feeling poorly. The cedar pollen is so bad here I am really having a time of it. My poor nose! Reminds me of when I was a kid and my cousins called me "Red Nosey Rosie".
