Early Fall is the time to plant Garlic. If, like me, you haven't already ordered yours, now is the time!
Mary Janes Farm has 2 types of organic garlic to choose from, as well as an Indoor Green Garlic which I'm tempted to try.
The Hood River Garlic website offers several varieties of organic garlic, plus lots of information, recipes, etc. They even have free shipping until Sept. 1 if you order more than 2 lbs. of garlic!
I'm ready for Fall, and planting my Fall garden, including some garlic!
