I got an error page (can't find server) but when I refreshed, I got in.

I haven't gotten any response on why our text boxes are missing yet, but here is what they said for anyone having trouble logging in.

For those that are having problems logging in, the first step is to ask them to do this:

1) Close ALL of their open browser windows (IE or Firefox or whatever else they use). This ensures that any changes to their cookies (next step) take immediate effect and do not wait for their next reboot or continue storing the 'bad' cookies tied to the IP pre-migration.

2) Hit this page: http://homesteadblogger.com/clear.php
That will display AND erase their cookies for the HSB2 site. It also provides a little diagnostic information that will help us should they still not be able to login (have them hit the page again and send the ENTIRE contents of the page to us).

3) Close ALL of their browser windows again. Just playing it safe. ;)

4) Now they can open up a new browser window to hit HSB2:
http://www.homesteadblogger.com/

5) If that doesn't work immediately, have them REBOOT their computer, and try one more time (after the reboot, obviously).

If, after following these directions they still cannot login, I need to get a copy of what they see at "clear.php" to be able to tell if it's a matter of corrupted cookies. If it is, they will need to forcefully remove all the cookies in their browser.

LOL I am so "duuuhhhh" when it comes to the computer. I'm just glad I still exist in this blogland.

I changed the template on one blog and it changed the other as well. And the posts between to two seem to be all confused....a posting to one showed up on the other, though it's not in my archive listing for that particular blog.

LOL...it's just the little things, I guess. I still think that if this is all we have trouble with after a server change-over, we aren't doing too bad at all!
