We all know that you're supposed to take time to stop and smell the roses, but what are your other favorite fragrant flowers?
I didn't grow up with a lot of flowers, but I thought one of the BEST scents EVER was honeysuckle. I think finding honeysuckle was as much of a treasure to me as Musketman's metal detector finds!
Later my parent planted some antique roses around their carport and WOW, they made walking out to the carport a real treat.
Lilacs, oh my word! One of our houses had a lilac bush planted right outside our living room window and it made opening the windows like aromatherapy or something.
And my husband was a Schwanns man for a few years so he would often come home and tell me about fragrant plants at his customers' homes. One of his favorites was Mock Orange. He really liked it.
