Extraordinary uses for pantyhose.
Keep your hairbrush clean. Hair and lint building up in my favorite hairbrush is a pet peeve of mine, so I was thrilled to find this tip! Cut a 2-inch strip from the leg section of a pair of used pantyhose (washed), and stretch it over and around the bristles of a new or newly cleaned hairbrush. Push the pantyhose down so the bristles pop through and the pantyhose is covering the base of the brush. The next time your brush needs cleaning, simply lift off and remove the pantyhose layer -- along with all the accumulated hair and lint -- and replace it with a fresh pantyhose strip.
