Last night I was flipping through the channels getting ready for bed and I caught an interesting show on the National Geographic Channel.
Can a beautiful home, that meets strict building codes, be built completely from scrap materials and salvage- using nothing new? The stakes are high. A team of architects, salvagers, and builders has decided to make it happen. They have one month and thousands of pounds of trash to build an architectural marvel in NGC's The Scrap House.
Of course I fell asleep before I got to see how it ended so I checked their site and sure enough it's going to be on a few more times. Mostly at weird times though, so I'll just have to set it to record.
Here are the times if you're interested.
Tuesday, September 19, 1A
Sunday, September 24, 2A
Monday, September 25, 3P
Blessings,
